No. Once the design is finished, you choose from construction partners we've vetted over two decades. We stay involved through to completion, but you're never locked into a single bundled design-and-build package.

Most design-build studios bundle you into their in-house construction team from day one. We do the opposite - we focus on getting the design right, then give you the choice of trusted, vetted builders, plus finance options, rather than a single locked-in package. Learn more here.

We've partnered with Fox Finance to offer a dedicated finance option covering design, construction, or more, arranged alongside your project, not as an afterthought once quotes come in. You may require it as a part of a financial plan, it’s up to you.

It depends on the size and complexity of your project and what you're after, so we don't quote a flat number up front but we do have generalised packages as a starting guide. On your free discovery call, we'll give you a indication of design fees for your specific project - no obligation.

We're at our best when we're involved from concept stage, working alongside your architect & our team of industry specialists rather than being handed a finished set of plans or requirements. It means the landscape and the build are considered together from the start. We also support D.A. submissions.

As much or as little as suits you. Some clients want to be across every decision; others just want it handled. We shape our process around your schedule and how hands-on you want to be.

Most medium sized projects take 4 to 8 weeks from the first concept to construction documentation, depending on size, complexity and how many approvals are needed. We’ll confirm a timeline for your project in our formal agreement, every project varies in delivery.

Yes. We stay involved through to completion, so the build matches the design and you’re not left managing it alone or the chosen contractor left with unanswered questions. Your design will be documented in detail with ongoing support.

It depends on your council and the work involved, such as pools, structures or retaining walls. We coordinate with certifiers and specialists and support DA submissions where needed.

Yes, it’s always people over budget. We want your budget to align with realistic expectations and we will guide you all the way.
